Throughout his career, Imran has supported complex tax, accounting, and compliance matters for organizations of varying sizes. His background in large professional services firms provided a strong technical foundation, exposure to sophisticated tax and accounting issues, and a deep understanding of the importance of accuracy, structure, and timely delivery.

After more than a decade in large firm settings, Imran recognized that many clients lacked consistent access to senior-level professionals and personalized guidance. He founded Tri-State Tax, Accounting & Bookkeeping Co., PLLC to combine Big Four-caliber experience with a more hands-on, client-focused approach—ensuring clients work directly with an experienced CPA who understands their unique needs.
